You will need:

• ½ stick of softened butter
• 2 tbsp white sugar (granulated sugar)
• ¼ cup packed brown sugar
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg yolk, room temperature
• ¾ cup flour
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt

• Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
