You will need:
- ½ stick of softened butter
- 2 tbsp white sugar (granulated sugar)
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk, room temperature
- ¾ cup flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup (one bar) of Lazarus Naturals Full-spectrum CBD-infused Dark Chocolate, cut into chunks
- Cranberries, raspberries, maple syrup, chopped nuts, etc. (optional, for added flavor)
To make 12 cookies (20mg CBD each)
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and egg until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix your dry ingredients: baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix in the dark chocolate chunks.
- Drop the cookie dough by the spoonful onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
