What is full spectrum? Full Spectrum hemp extract contains CBD along with other naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes and THC from the hemp plant. Because these compounds occur naturally, cannabinoid levels can very by product and batch. The Organic CBD RSO typically contains ~1-1.5mg THC per ml alongside the 400mg of CBD per ml.

CBD's effects are highly individual, and this delivery format has a learning curve for some people. Serving sizes can range from 25 mg to 200 mg. To find the amount of CBD that's right for you, start with 50-100 mg, wait two hours, and increase as needed. Use care and practice with the plunger to get consistent, repeatable doses. RSO is quite thick and sticky, so take care when dispensing. Use the graduated lines on the plunger to get the powerfully effective relief you need, every time.

0.1 mL spreads to about 10 mm, roughly the width of the bottom of the 2.5 mL plunger. This is equivalent to 40 mg of CBD.

0.2 mL spreads to about 15 mm, roughly the width of the bottom of the 10 mL plunger. This is equivalent to 80 mg of CBD.

To avoid wasting product, measure into a spoon or onto a small dish. RSO has a stronger flavor and thicker consistency than some other formats; if this is an issue for you, try mixing your dose with a small amount of honey or spreading it onto a small piece of chocolate to make holding it in your mouth easier for longer.
